Tiny_r: Perhaps they have given the dev team the secpack already, however the dev team would not be able to release a new version of anySIM without the official release of 1.1.3, because the secpack may be watermarked. If the secpack is watermarked and the dev team releases a new anySIM, the source of 1.1.3 could get in a lot of trouble legally. They most likely have not given the dev team 1.1.3 for this reason alone.

Flaming other people on this forum is not going to solve anything. Rather, it makes you look like a complete idiot who believes that these people have an obligation to you.

The dev team could just not release the source for AnySIM 1.1.3...

I am not some high school punk with loads of free time to mess with photoshop to fool the Internet. I'm a grown man with a wife and a kid, just doing reporting on something cool that I was able to get my hands on.

As for the rest of you - I am not an iPhone hacker. I have no idea what the Baseband version is. I don't see the word Baseband anywhere in the About scren.

Oh, and why did the phone in the video say Nate and the ones in the images say AT&T? Um...because the ones on the images are of MY phone, and the one is the video is of NATE'S phone. We both have the firmware.

Anyhow, I am really surprised at the tone you guys are showing here. I figured I'd sign up and post here so I could answer questions - but all I am getting is a bunch of accusations with people calling me a liar.

I and many others sincerely believe you. So I plead to you to practice restraint from revealing anymore information that could get the source into trouble. The firmware version extension aka "4Axx" could reveal the identity of the source.

Thanks again for bringing the 1.1.3 information to the world.

Yes but you're assuming that they actually gave the dev team the secpack. Giving the firmware update to more people is a bad idea in general and could get Gear Live's source into a lot of trouble. Gear Live does not have an obligation to the dev team to give them the firmware nor do they have an obligation to the members of this forum.

I did not know who Nate was at the time but if he says it is genuine then that is good enough for me
