Couldn't find an answer in the thread yet, so my question:

Can I perform the unlock-script in jailbroken 1.1.3 with 4.02 baseband? Will the virginator write the 4.03?

    Thanks for your good work.

Or, all the files, just in case.
imo everyone should backup all, if they dont know exactly why each file is...

Ok, fixed that ^M problem. Was indeed the old windows/unix problem.

    Just a note :

BEFORE running the ipsf.sh script close all wifi connections (ssh or whatever), else the script will fail with an error.

YES you can preform script on ANY iphone with 3.9 BL aka pre OTB 1.1.2 OR 1.1.2OTB _WITH_ hardware downgraded bootloader. Package i posted is made specificaly for the one that did softupgrade to 1.1.3 (baseband doesnt matter - i hope didnt check what secpack is there... but probably its latest anyway.. )

How does one back-up the seczone?
Are there any clear instructions/tutorials somewhere?
    Thx

script "backups" seczone on its own... just copy seczone or rather whole folder from where are you runing this script somewhere safe...

After reading the AnySim 1.3 thread, it seems that those who've used it successfully to unlock have not complained of signal issues when booting or swapping sims. It could be because they haven't actually tried to restart or swap their sims after getting a successful unlock, however I'm curious to learn if anyone knows for sure whether using Anysim 1.3 requires running signal.app or not?

its because, anysim and "ipsf" are working in compleatly different way While anysim patches BB to get around sim lock, ipsf is pretty much pernament BL 3.9 unlock, because it patches seczone and this signal.app is needed because apple changed something in 1.1.3(04.03.13 BB) that still is not exactly known what and signal.app is workaround for now. Fact is that working IPSF is 1 thing less to worry about every time new firmware/BB is released for 3.9BL, while you need new anysim eachtime for new baseband, IPSF should work instantly after JB

I used your files and everything works like a charm. Thx! I had

BL3.9, BB 4.02_13 and Nate 1.1.3 before, now i have

    BL3.9, BB 4.03_13, Nate 1.1.3

Signal is there, Calls, Edge working. Just make sure you disable you SIM PIN before upgrading, otherwise you have tu put your sim into another phone to disable the pin. Also you have to close wifi connections (ssh) from your pc to your iPhone before runnung ipsf.sh. Else the script fails with an error message.
