Hey everyone if anyone needs i found a Russian Keyboard works with all Firmware
add the URL http://repository.ripdev.com into your Installer.app
and

-Uninstall SummerBoard
-Install Mobile Enhancer and Russian Keyboards (on Cyrillic).
-Ignore message about turn off phone after install Mobile Enhancer.
-Restart your iPhone.
-Go to settings general keyboards turn auto correction off and turn the keyboard on

I am on 1.1.2 and the version Viderekobling (1.1.1-1.1.2) worked fine for me. Strangely though, a few days ago I used the "Reset all network connections" button in settings because my wifi was acting up, and since then the annoying "call forwarding active" notification came back, even though Viderekobling still shows as installed in installer. I will remove it and reinstall it to see if it gets fixed

i got the exact same issue i'm using 1.0.2 OTB upgraded to 1.1.3 via iTunes and jailbroken and unlocked with ZiPhone and AnySim
