[1.1.3] Installer: Main Script execution Failed (HELP)

ok im getting this error everytime i try to install an app can anyone help me out?
i would really appreacite it!

and all permisions is set to 777 so i dont know the problem
i used Dev Teams soft upgrade

i hope someone can help me!!

On installer... go to sources and select the latest community sources....click on install... Now click on clear queue *** important***

now install community sources....

it should work now

this only helps if you get the message that the packet download failed.
for your problem you just have to set the sticky bit for the installer executable

chmod +s /Applications/Installer.app/Installer

and how do you exactly do that?

the message still appear after i did that, but the app i download is in my phone, i have to restart the phone for it to show up on springboard.

you can do it by using terminal on your phone (vt-100) is the application

or you can SSH into your phone via putty or some other similar terminal app

This works although I have to do this again once in a while. About 1 once a day it depends on how much I use installer (I think hehe) anyway to make it stick?
