[1.1.3] How to set permissions to 755?
Not sure whether this should go here or in General...
Anyways, I need to change the permissions of an Installer.app because it keeps quitting, but I DO NOT have SSH installed on the iPhone (I updated Installer before installing SSH).
Is there any other way to set this app's permissions to the right ones?
Thanks in advance!
(and yep, I've done my search before posting)

right click, properties and type 755 and enter.
Counting down for iPhone 2012 =)

Okay, in case I haven't made myself clear...
I CANNOT SSH INTO MY PHONE TO CHANGE PERMISSIONS.
I had to install a Virtual Machine to run a Windows application called iPhone Browser, which only allows you to drag/drop files from/to iPhone, but NOT to change permissions.
Does anyone know how could I change my permissions? (another app, maybe)
Thanks again
=)

Thanks Maxx... but remember Installer is the app I can't open, therefore I can't install SSH (or is there any other way to do so?) or any apps FROM my iPhone.
Thanks any way! I appreciate it! =)
Anyone else?

No!!! I know, it's weird haha... I did think of Terminal, but all I installed before updating installer was iSolitaire...
So... is there ANY way to change my permissions? Or will I have to downgrade and then upgrade again?

Then do a restore. That will give you a new and clean start
