My iphone was 1.1.2 OTB and is now running the soft update of 1.1.3. Is there currently a way to do the same jailbreak with 1.1.3 OTB iphones? A way to downgrade jailbreak then upgrade jailbreak?

Also is this 1.1.3 soft update the full thing or is there a better jailbreak to come in the near future?

the soft update was a jailbreak that allowed us to use the features of 1.1.3 without upgrading the baseband. it has some problems. see other threads

there is another "true" jailbreak to come...some time after SDK is released late feb.. they didnt want apple to be able to patch the exploit so they are keeping the real jailbreak under wraps for a little while!!!

this soft update was meant to get everyone to stop bitching about a jailbreak but it seemed to have an opposite effect as the boost in complaining has tripled.
