Default [1.1.3] Ebay seller claims to be Natetrue?

I was looking at ebay, and came across this listing:

    http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/iPhone-Unlock-...QQcmdZViewItem

The seller claims that he is natetrue: bottom of the listing, click "more" under q&as.

If matetrue released the software for free, why is he now selling it on ebay? surely this is a scammer?

I guess he is NOT TRUE !

He is just selling what is on the market free.

But it's interesting that he is accepting PayPal!
Once you pay via Pay Pal you can always claim your money back if the sold item is scum!

Must read the small lines ...

Hi there! There is currently no 1.1.2 Software Unlock. When the solution becomes available (SOON!) I will let ALL my customers know and will personally ensure each of my customer has their phone working correctly! I can provide the instruction to Jailbreak & Activate your iPhone 1.1.2 and all you need is a sim solution to get it working on ANY network, SAVE $$$$ no contract involved! LKP (NATETRUE - Ex-DevTeam)
This is pathetic. Anyone can confirm if its really him or just a scammer? if he is a scammer then we should report it after confirmation.

who cares if it is really NATE selling his method on ebay or someone else who just took software which is free to everyone and just wrote a "122-page" tutorial for it and now PRETENDS to be NATE? the different methods to jailbreak up to 1.1.3 are all available here and elsewhere - for free. any noob willing to spend money on this won´t care about if it IS NATE or NOT, coz they wont even ever heard of him or the DEVTEAMS....
