    Default [1.1.3 (any)][Problem] AppSupport needed

The old thread about this issue is way too long now, so I guess it's a good moment to start a new one. Since many users outside USA now have 1.1.3, a matching hacked AppSupport for fixing CallerID problem is highly needed.

If anyone has is already, please share here.

    Thanks.

Ok, lets get the ball rolling. For info, 1.1.2 Appsupport file DOESNT work (had to restore etc from 1.1.1) and the tool to edit the file doesnt work with the new Appsupport file.

I notice that they changed the location of a number of things so I think we need to first confirm that this file is still responsible for the callerid etc

Yes, I tried that and it didn't work here either. I just replaced it with the original 1.1.3 file using ssh, restarted the phone and it booted normally, no need to downgrade.

    One thing I remarked is:
Framework decompo*******Number doesn't seem to really care for the number you serve, it always gives the same answer... So maybe AppSupport really isn't doing that job anymore?
Or is the Framework bin just incompatible?

Had this with an earlier version once: I guess sshd is already running when AppSupport crashes.

does anyone know how to read the AppSupport file in hex editor?
i tried looking inside the one from 1.1.3 and found that there are something missing from the 1.1.2 one.
in the 1.1.2 one there where 2 references to the country code as well as part of its international prefix. in 1.1.3, only 1 references where found... changing that does not fixes the caller id error but does not crash when reboot.

that happened to me too, i was about to downgrade but i found something called iphonelist, you just conect the iphone to the usb and excecute the program and you will see the filesystem, just like SSH but you don't need WIFI

EDIT: and you can actualy write files with it unlike iphoneExplorer
(how do i attach the file on this post?)
