All you need to do is put your iphone in DFU mode and restore FW 1.1.1
Jailbreak 1.1.1
Oktoprep
upgrade to 1.1.2
jailbreak 1.1.2

If you are stuck in DFU then this will not work, it will keep returning you too the iTunes logo. If this is the case use iBrickr to restore too 1.0.2, instructions are quite simple for this, it will switch it into the other form of DFU (cant remember exact name of it and then you can restore too any version with iTunes.
note: after you restore using this other form of DFU you will get an error 1015 or similar which is where you will usually use AppTapp or iBrickr too boot in normally it will not work and you will need too restore again, normally too the same version. (This is from my experience anyway)

Did this method work to fix your problem? Because I have one that was updated to 1.1.3 from 1.1.2 and need to unlock it.

quick question: one of my freinds did the exact same mistake, will his turbo sim still work after that or not? i read several times that an updated iphone that was 112 OOB, could not work afterwards, even if the phone is back to 112... True or not?
