    Exclamation [1.1.3, 1.1.1OTB] HELP please! I think I seriously f**** up!

Today I upgraded to 1.1.3, from 1.1.2, with no probs. So I thought I upgrade the baseband as well. Which worked. But when it came to install Any Sim 1.3, I would get "No Service", despite using bricktool d, and running Signal.app.

So now I wanted go back to where I came from. Did a restore to 1.1.1, but when I dial *#301# to start the jailbreak process, nothing happens! I press dial, and that's it. No reaction. I tried to restore again, but with the same result.

    Is that it? Game over?

*#307# That's what you have to dial.

    Hmmmm says *#301# on i.unlock.no...
But anyway, *#307# doesn't work either.

Try *#307# + 'call' as usual, then press the backspace arrow at the top right to clear the screen. Then press 0 + 'call' ... that should make your phone call itself, you can then carry on as normal

I tried that as well, but nothing happened. Tried it again, and again. And then it would looked like it crashed, and eventually say "Repair needed. Contact Apple support".

Any idea how I can get myself out of this mess?

installing anysim was a mistake....now you need to virginize your phone so follow this :

With 1.1.2 OTB or 1.1.3 OTB, 1.1.2 Jail and 1.1.2 jail and up to 1.1.3...

If you get stuck in .... First restart your PC (Mac users i do not know)

Then Put your Iphone in DFU Mode

Start I tune, but kill first ItuneHelper and Ipod services...

Then restore with "iPhone1,1_1.1.1_3A109a_Restore.ipsw" that Firmware (Twice)

Then Go for "iDemocracy2" with update "iDemocracy Update (2.0.3)"
    or try the "ibrickr_v0.91"
then upgrade to "iPhone1,1_1.1.2_3B48b_Restore.ipsw" and then to 1.1.3

Alternative way (i did not tried yet) is to update from 1.1.1 to 1.1.3 with the use of "ibrickr-jb113"

as you can acces to the phone you can try the "jailbreakme" method or "i.unlock.no" by typing *#307# - call - then delete - then type 0, then answer, then hold, then decline, go to contact, create 1 contact with (2 or 3) web addresses (do not waste time giving name to the contact )

    prefs://1f
    jailbreakme.com
    i.unlock.no

Save....clik on prefs....select your WiFi network, back to general ....disable autolock (set to never) back to the home, dial 0, call, answer, put on hold, then decline, go to contact, press on "jailbreakme".....or i.inlock.no
( I repeat you must run this in 1.1.1 firmware)

( for all that have already install previous "***SIM" or "AnySIM" or any other SIM free.... i strongly recommand to virginize the Iphone.... and redo the process before using the "God" George Hotz you will find tuto and link on iClarified).

Please if it works Donate to this VERY CLEVER AND SMART GUY !!!

    Hope will help....

    Good luck .

Thanks very much for this! Will try it now. Shall be a while, I fear.
Why's there no big fat warning telling us not to use Any Sim 1.3?
