So I've been trying to figure out how to get Wi-Fi back on this 4gb iPhone. Ive restored to every version, erased the baseband, everything. But for some reason it just doesnt wanna get the Wi-Fi back. When I upgraded to 1.1.3, I downgraded to 1.0.2 so i still had the 04.03 firmware. I then erased it, and restored to 1.1.1. I then had 0049 IMEI, but when I restored back to 1.1.3, my IMEI was normal again, and now the phone is back on 1.0.2 with normal IMEI. So i uploaded the Anysim1.3 to the phone, and ran it. It successfully unlocked the phone on 1.0.2 with 04.03 firmware, but still no Wi-Fi.
Iam curious if I can some how get up to 1.1.3 JB, if my Wi-Fi will work.
Is there anyway to get 1.1.3 JB w/out Wi-Fi?

Try to restore in 1.1.1 then check the wifi.
I had same problem when i downgrade 1.1.3 accidentially to 1.1.1. All went ok until i'm using virginizer from i.unlock.no. My phone restart, and lost wifi, baseband, imei. So I restore again in 1.1.3 then downgrade again in 1.1.1
Everything ok, got my wifi back n baseband ok. But my imei 049, its ok, just run virginizer again from hackthephone.com, n everything back to normal.
jailbreak again, run anysim 1.1 then I upgrade to 1.1.3 using Nate Jailbreak.

Like I said, I tried 1.1.1 and still had no WiFi. Can I go from 1.0.2, install Oktoprep, then upgrade to 1.1.2?

1.0.2 -> Oktoprep to 1.1.2 (and yes, oktoprep works fine on 1.0.2), then use nates jb to 1.1.3

hi. can u confirm that this is true? can we use OKTOPREP from 1.0.2??
