    Read the board.

    The answer is NO through software but yes through sim proxy (turbo sim, stealth sim).

    Grrrrrrrrrr................. These people should be banned.

    As you can read in many topics. 1.1.2 OTB is not yet unlocked. The only way to use the phone functionality is the hardware solutions like Stealthsim etc.

    You can jailbreak it though and use it as an iTouch.

    Edit: , wow, reply-bomb

    Correction: The TurboSIM-like method is NOT an unlocking method.

    Apple
    sucks.
    Microsoft rules.

    TurboSIM-like methods? No way.

    - Unlocked Week 47 1.1.3 iPhone, baseband 04.04.05_G.
    - Bought in Minneapolis, MN;
    - Currently on TIM carrier.

    I'm not here to find help. I'm here to help others and give back what I've learned from Hackint0sh.
