Use this guide http://hackint0sh.org/forum/showthread.php?t=1828.
I used with windows xp and week 50 1.1.2 oob, no problem at all. Give it a try. Also itunes 7.5. I left opened itunes in the whole process.
Good luck.

Unistalled firewall in my laptop
Updated Java

2 hints for you:
1. Mine succeed jailbreaked and activated with tutorial of: http://iphone4.tw/blog/2007/11/29/165/, the screenshots may helpful to you.
2. Similiar problems were reported with non-ASCII directory where tools resides in. I notice you are using Korean OS with Korean Login name. So just create a pure ASCII login name with admin rights, and place all the tools in pure ASCII directory name, like c:\iphack.
Try it and it may help you out of your problem.
