i had that problem too but all i did was kept the phone connected to itunes thru pc usb cable, then just keep trying to run http://jailbreakme.com, sometimes i got thru first try sometimes ten tries...
but eventually it worked... i would also look into your router settings to make sure it gives you a similar ip address on the iphone and your pc, only the last digit of ip should be different.. also make sure there is no network key installed for your wifi...i have had a few of mine unlocked with a network key ..just my ideas..
