    Default [1.1.2 OTB] Upgrade/unlock to 1.1.4 for Canadian Carrier

    Howdy. Please feel free to just point me to a post where another clueless (but eager) Canadian or foreign type asked this same question.
    I have an Ebay special here, using a Unlock Sim sim hack piggybacked on the Rogers sim. I am jailbroken and using Rogers happily. Oh the many nice apps I have. All is good. I want to upgrade to 1.1.4. Has to happen sometime. Right?
    Modem Firmware 4.02.13, Bootloader 4.6
    What is the safe and easy way to get myself up to 1.1.4 and jailbroken while not burning any bridges. SDK will bring the apps and I don't want a brick. I love my iPhone.

    restore to 1.1.4 in itunes and use iPlus 1.2 to JB/Unlock... you will no longer need the sim clone card that you are using...

    iPlus 1.2 have a Mac version? And do I HAVE to take out the SIM hack?

    iPlus is compatible with Macs... there is no need to use your sim hack, so why would you want to?
