My thoughts:

So, I´ve been lurking around here since the whole 1.1.1 scandal. I have never ever complained about there not being an 1.1.2 unlock.
Although I seriously need one, and have been for a while.

After reading about all the recent events here I´m getting more and more convinced that this is a bad script for a drama series, soon to be on NBC. I simply can´t see what the whole problem is. I´ll break it down for you.

The problem:

Elite Dev Team feels that all new findings should be kept secret, so that Apple can´t patch the holes they find. They are afraid that their findings will be patched in a month in a new release, a patched release. Released just to patch.
Apple have never released a firmware just to patch, they have released to bring new features. As such, they have done both. New features = new customers. New patches = Partners happy.
Zibri is afraid that if the Elite team releases anything soon, Apple will find their holes so that they can be patched. He has made a very strong statement about this. I have to say that I question his intelligence after this. Does he really think, does he really have the ego to think; That Apple is sitting around waiting for HIM to make his next move so that they can find it, and fix it ?!? My bet is that Apple is developing ALL the time. They dont stop just because the Dev´s isnt releasing anything. The Jailbreak you are currently holding back is most probably patched before you get to release it. I reallly don´t see the point in golding it back.

The same is for an unlock.
If you do have good development for a solution, I would strongly suggest that you share it with the people who can contribute. The sooner you get it out, the sooner you help people. Do you honestly expect Apple to NOT fix up after you ? One of you are always one step ahead, but none of you is a sure first place.

I just wan´t to keep the pressure on that this looks really like a good old soap-opera, from my peespective anyway...

YEAH and i bet there so close to finishing of the Software unlock but they are just holding it back for a reason?

I'm sorry I keep insisting on this but, pspsully maybe you can explain why dev team wiki site has been down for a couple of days now. It seems like it has nothing to do with fiveforty.net servers but instead like the wiki pages have been removed.

For what is worth I think this is just the right attitude, pspsully.....here's what I posted a couple of months ago, as this competition and lack of cooperation among the teams does not make any sense...it is a waste of time, money and delays the achievment of the goals, which are the same for all.
