Hello to all.

I seriously hve a problem wid my OTB 1.1.2 iphone... I had unlocked it earlier using the GeoHOT unlock method through "Installer". However from the last 1-2 days, i am unable to make any calls ???? I can recieve calls and also hve full service and Wi-fi works as well....Just recently i cant call, the phone app automatically disconects as soon as i dial a number....

Can someone please advice???

Btw would it be safe to Upgrade my firmware to 1.1.3 and then use the ZiPhone GUI method...

If someone else has experienced the same story, then could they advice me ?

If you are experiencing dialer crashes during dialing a number on 1.1.2 then you should install iworld and select your country if you are not in an iphone supported country.

What country are you in?

I currently reside in India, and i have iworld installed on my iphone wid my country selected but i am still experiencing the problem....... I also hve the "Patch AppSupport, Fix Dialer Crashes & Caller ID (iClarified Source)" installed but still it not helping me...

I never had this problem when i unlocked it (unlocked it 3 weeks back).... but just 1-2 days backk... i am facing dis problem.......

PS: My iphone doesnt crash to the springboard.... it just doesnt allow me 2 make any outgoing calls

I think that patch appsupport form iclarified came out 5 or 6 days ago.You must have installed it during this week.Did the problem start after you installed patch appsupport?

I agree wid you that the patch appsuport came 5-6 days back.... I applied it a week back but didnt experience any problem wid my phone then.... but suddenly all of a sudden, i realized today that i am unable to make any calls..... I believe i messed it up somewhre but dont knw how to resolve it now...

what i meant to say was that --- I dont think this problem arises all of a sudden, it could be because of some reason ..... unfortunately i dont knw wot that reason is ??? I kinda installed lot of apps/uninstalled few thru the installer...... maybe something triggered dis problem ....(Just a thought)

Hence, if someone knw how to fix the current prob, then it would be really appreciateable

Never read anything about anybody else having this problem.But then again I have been reading this forum for a little over a month and a half.

I am sure somebody else will help you out.

Did you try the caller ID option?. Set it to "ON"

You Rockkkkk !!!!, I just turned on the "Caller ID = ON" and now my phone works perfectly.... Able to make outgoing calls without any problem.
