i've been reading these threads for a bit, however this is my first post. i'm having a bunch of problems - safari and google maps don't work (constantly loading, never gets anywhere) however i still get email (on T-mobile sim/EDGE), and SMS is insanely slow in loading.

i have an 1.1.2 OTB week 50 phone, and jailbroke via the popular pre-hardware unlock method ( 1.1.1 -> jailbroken / oktoprep'd -> 1.1.2 - jailbroken ) . used nextsim for a bit, everything worked GREAT! then Geohot released his gunlock, that was even better! then Ziphone came, and i decided i wanted to try 1.1.3 via this method, my phone got hung up on the Apple logo load screen and did nothing after that. after trying Ziphone 3 more times (restored to 1.1.1, and back up, etc), i finally gave up, restored to 1.1.1 and jailbroke/unlocked how i originally did - which leads me to where i am right now with the problems (read: first paragraph).

how do i start fresh? as if i had just bought the 1.1.2 OTB iphone? i was more than happy with the jailbreak/Gunlock on 1.1.2.

or if someone else has a solution, i'm all ears!!

ok a few more things/ideas.

i'm on 04.02.13_G, 1.1.2. can i restore through itunes and that will essentially refresh my iphone? i feel like something has been screwed up in the failed processes, which is causing these weird quirky things to happen with my phone.

can anyone shed some light?

i would start the process from 1.1.1 and work your way to 1.1.2, unlock it using z or geohot then move to 1.1.3

Downgrade to 1.1.1 Oktoprep - Upgrade to 1.1.2 then jailbreak and softupgrade to 1.1.3 and run geohot's unlock.
