Hello !

i m a new iphone owner with week 49. i got a TxxxxSim unlocked with Verion 1.1.2 / 4.6 / 4.02.13_G. i want to ask how do i upgrade it to 1.1.3 now ? i have read alot of fourm but still i m not too sure what is the best way to do it.... i have heard some ppl locked their phone after upgrade to 1.1.3. so i really want to make sure i don't damage my phone trying to do this upgrade.... or should i hold upgrading for now ?

the reson i want to upgrade to 1.1.3 is about 3 days ago when i clicked on my install icon on my iphone tell me there is 6 update. so i clicked Yes and it update and the iphone did a soft restart. after the restart i clicked on the install icon again , and all it dose is open safari for like 3 sec with blank screen and then it jump back to the summerboard. so i m thinking i may need to update to 1.1.3 to fix this problem.....

thx alot for whoever can help ! i m not lazy to read i just don't want to do anything wrong to lock / damage my phone

I would not recommend the 1.1.3 Jailbreak to anyone but official carrier subscribers at this point, even the dev team release is way too unpolished. You will need to restore to 1.1.1 and rejailbreak, most likely, to fix your problem.

visit the turbo thread for more info. People have claimed that it works and others say its BS. Read it and find out.

ya i have read some of it , like u said some ppl clam it work , some said it's BS and it may damage the phone..... i m not sure if i should of do it now ......

so if i need to get my installer working again ? i need to restore my phone with 1.1.1 and rejailbreak everything ? if that the case should i just wait until someone find out a good way to upgrade 1.1.3 and do it at once ?
