Default [1.1.2 OTB][Problem] How to check for corrupted baseband ?

    Lo

I activated and jailbroken my 1.1.2 OTB as noob together with a friend who already dealt with some iPhones. But he was new to that 1.1.2 OTB BL4.6 thing... So after some problems we just activated and jailbroken my iPhone. I can remember that he did something with bbupdater and ieraser. As noob I didn't care... During the last days I read a lot here and started to worry about corrupted baseband. I decided to restored to 1.1.2 by using iTunes and did a fresh activation and jailbreak by my self by following this HowTo: http://www.hackint0sh.org/forum/show...owngrade+1.1.2

Everything is working fine. No problems at all.

    I checked baseband:

    firmware: DEV_ICE_MODEM_04.02.13_G
    eep version: EEP_VERSION:208
    eep revision: EEP_REVISION:1
    bootloader: BOOTLOADER_VERSION:4.6_M3S2

So cool... I even have a valid IMEI.

The thing I worry and my problem: There are still files from the bbdowngrade on my iPhone. Exactly:
    -.DS_Store
    -bbupdater
    -ICE03.14.08_G.eep
    -ICE03.14.08_G.fls
    -ieraser
    -secpack

Can I simply delete these files?
How can I check for corrupted baseband (1.1.2 awaiting software unlock)?
An iTunes 1.1.2 restore doesn't restore the baseband right?

Thank you very much for every answer

    Greetings, TheGrot

It sounds like your a very nervous person. My advice to you is: if it's not broke don't fix it.

because of the 4.6. Bl those tools did not have the "permission" to do anything ur just fine, and no need to delete the files
as long as ur imei is normal ur just fine

I'm confused as to why your friend was trying to use ieraser on the new 4.6BL. There's no need for it since the new phones can't be unlocked. No need to worry though, as long as the phone is working fine.
I had a 1.0.2 iPhone Jailbroken/Activated and unlocked with old anySIM 1.0.2, updated to 1.1.1, bricked, and 0049+ IMEI. I thought it was fubar.

I now have a very happy friend in Germany with a 1.1.1 Jailbroken/Activated/Unlocked iPhone on o2 network in Germany.
