i don't know... i'm not an expert on the iphone, but i think you might try to downgrade first to 1.0.2, then upgrade to 1.1.2.

after a couple of times, it should work.. that's what i did... restoring,downgrading, upgrading to all versions and finally it worked, but i don't know how.. try different computers (vista, xp)

i cant restore to 1.0.2 and have no imei wifi sound nothing....

i did downgrade to 1.0.2 twice but every time i try to use the iBrickr to jailbreak my phone it begins the process and restarts the phone for infinite times.

What if i accidentally cut the A17? is this possible that the all off the repair need error or the 1002 error causing by that?

Try this:

1-Downgrade to 1.0.2 with Ibrick
2-Jailbreak and activate
3-Install vt100 and BSDsubsystem with the plx files
4-Upload to /usr/bin the 112otb files and the Nor 3.9 file with Ibrick
5-Set permisions from vt100 to 777
6-Run ienew from vt100
7-Prepare testpoint and Run iunew from vt100
8-reboot
9-restore to 1.1.1 ( will get error 1011)
10-restore to 1.1.2, now you would have wifi, iccid, etc, again

I already said. i am unable to restore to 1.0.2 because of 1002 error in itunes and if i use the iBrick to jailbreak and activate the restored fw(ofcource with 1002 error) and endless loop begins load a lot of script in the phone and restart it again and again.

OK, i finally managed to restore to 1.0.2 jailbreak and activate using iTunes 7.3. now i have some question
1. where can i download correct Nor 3.9 file?
2. how to set the permission to 777
3. Is the rest of the process is like the way i did be fore? i mean launchctl unload System ... ?
4. Should i put the AT&T SIM card to the tray during the hole testpoint process?

Can you explain what you did to get the jailbreak with ibrickr to work? I am having the same endless phone booting loop that you were having with ibrickr..

i've just uninstalled itunes 7.6, quicktime, apple updater and apple mobile device and installed the itunes 7.3 from the oldapps.com and then restored it to 1.0.2 and used the iBrikr to jailbreak and activate (following the http://www.hackint0sh.org/forum/showthread.php?t=24122 tutorial) but i got stuck at another level look at this http://www.hackint0sh.org/forum/showthread.php?p=190493
