[1.1.2 OTB] Lost IMEI AND ICCID ?? Unplug battery ??
So during the HW unlock process, we lost wifi because of the unload commcenter command (I think)... And we are unable to load it cuz we can't install the terminal cuz we can't jailbreak cuz we don't have wifi... AND WE CAN'T DOWNGRADE TO 1.0.2...
And we can't do a full reset of the phone because we can't remove the battery (right?)
So if we remove the battery by cutting the wire (maybee juste the gound?) could this make the iphone load all his thing again (commcenter ?) and fix the wifi, IMEI, ICCID problem...
I'm kind of desesperate about having a 480$ paperweight right now so If this could work (just need confirmation from others) Ill give it a try...
Thanks....

i have replaced batteries in phones, swapped commboards, screens, rebuilt phones from dead phones etc, you dont even need to re-unlock/jailbreak the phones after the abttery has been diss/reconnected.. i doubt this will work, but hey, give it a try if all else has failed you.

any further stories on this?

believe me i wold love for this to work
(and i think many others in the same situation woul to)
but if it was that simple people would have been doing it from weeks ago...

Disconnecting the battery won't make any difference because this is not a problem with volatile memory. But restoring to 1.1.3 should stop the phone being a paperweight.

I doubt this will work. What you need to do is try to upload terminal using ibrickr. Search the hw unlock thread , some people have done it.
