I've succeeded unlock 1.1.2 but when i try to dial using the keypad, just touching one simple number and it takes me to the springboard, can any one help me?

When i dial from the contacts its works fine

try installing iWorld. that seems to work for most people. make sure you install it, and run it for your country.
