Yes, 9 Unlocked 112 otb Iphones at this moment, only minor problems.

I just finished unlocking my phone and it works like a charm.
The actual opening part took 30-45min the total unlock including downgrading to 1.1.1., opening, testpointing, etc pp took about 3h and it was my first time
It only left minor marks on the antenna cover and the aluminum case because I used a pretty big knife (the biggest in my kitchen) with that you have a big leverage and a very sharp edge to "cut" between the parts.
I might be able to do it without any marks next time. Will have to wait and see

All in all I am very happy!!

I was able to get it working just fine. It just sucks that I didn't have the right tools, because now, my case is a little bit crooked.

I kind of bricked my phone

followed all the steps till running ienew, which just got stuck at "waiting for Data".

So I skipped that step and ran iunew. It also got stuck.

So restored to 1.1.2 - got error 1011, since then I have flip floping between 1.1.1 and 1.1.2 restored and keep getting 1011 error

I get repair message on the screen, no Wifi, dial pad does not dial anything.

Done. Seems to be working. As for the steps:

Black cover: hard
Silver cover: nightmare (it has now some little scratches and dents; little, but visible)
Inside cover: medium
Testpoint: hard (it took me about 5 attempts to get it right - you'll need a good magnifier)
Unlock: killer (anysim1.2.1u froze and I thought I bricked it. Oh dear, I forgot about the airplane mode. So I had to go again over the whole thing: DFU -> Restore 1.1.1 -> Jailbreak -> OkToPrep -> Update 1.1.2 -> Jailbreak -> anySIM)
