Default [1.1.2 OTB] Fixed NO IMEI, and solution for 1.1.1->1.1.2 1015 error

    MY STORY:
    1. 1.1.2 OTB software unlock on VT100 without turning on Airplane mode
    2. Get Repair needed and results in NO IMEI, NO WIFI, NO ICCID
    3. Restore to 1.1.3 to bring back baseband
    4. Downgrade to 1.1.1 with success
    5. Upgrade back to 1.1.2 ended with 1015 error
    6. When you see 1015 error, just ignore, close iTunes
    7. Use ibrickr.exe to "boot iPhone"
    8. Enter 1.1.2 emergence
    9. Use 1.1.2-jailbreak "windows.bat" to "jailbreak"
    10. Now a totally worked 1.1.2 jailbreaked iPhone
    11. I then use AutoGUnlock from brazil to unlock, first result shows: No service
    12. Use the bricktool under SSH to unbrick the phone function.
    13. Now everything works perfect.

So, if you have a 1.1.2 OTB "REPAIR NEEDED and NO IMEI", you can fixed it following above instructions, if you failed to upgrade back 1.1.2 from 1.1.1, you can find useful info here, too.

Thanks to Geohot, hackint0sh, and many other sources, you all make that dream come true.

But how to do that with no wifi? In 1.1.1 you need to isntal oktprep from installer but without wifi it is not possible. Or is there another way how to do that without wifi?

After restore to 1.1.3, baseband were upgraded, too. So modem functions came back. Then downgrade to 1.1.1 via WIFI became possible.

Not for me. I restore to 1.1.3 then back to 1.1.1 but still no wifi.

    Thanks,
The two restore methods are identical: restore to 1.1.3 and upgrade baseband.
