Hi guys, im having a problem. while attempting to unlock my 1.1.2 OTB, i followed the tutorial at i.unlock.no here:

I installed
Terminal
Bootloader Downgrade
BSD SUB
OpenSSh

i got to the following step:

launchctl unload /System/Library/LaunchDaemons/com.apple.CommCenter.plist
cd /usr/bin/
ienew

However when attempting to run iunew, i get the following error:
...Spamming AT, waiting for response
Attempting to read[1]...c0
Connected Established to bootrom
zsh:bus error iunew

i attempted to run the launchctl unload command but now i get no such file or directory.
I checked with Ibrickr and the files are still there....

what gives any help?
I dont want to turn this thing off and run into more problems...

You don't have the file testcode.bb in the same folder as iunew.

I had the same error following the same great guide by i.unlock.no

The thing is I exited the Phone Therminal between "ienew" and "iunew" and was forgetting to go to the proper directory before executing it.

Try typing "cd /usr/bin/" before runnig iunew.

Hope it works as it did work for me.

try running again the commands from the terminal on the phone, it worked for me, now i did everything but when i try to restore to 1.1.2 to get the baseband itunes says "cannot restore iphone, unknow error occurred (1) any idea on this one?

I dont want to turn this thing off and run into more problems...

try installing
first bsd subsys
second term-vt100
and then BL down

and try again...

the unload command is in /var/root

and when you go cd /usr/bin cd=change directory
youre in /usr/bin

don't know why youre trying do execute this command again....but if you want to...

have to go to

cd /var/root

theres a nice guide and it works for pc also.....this is from i.unlock.no

no problem....
after iunew, iphone looses wifi...

you restore to 1.1.2 and itunes says error xxxx or even contact apple...

just try to restore again to 1.1.2 or 1.1.1 by itunes....

if your phone stucks in recovery mode....reboot it with jaibreak.jar for mac or 1.1.2 jaibreak or ibrickr for pc....

all you have to do is restore wifi to run baseband downgrader.....restore to 1.1.1 and run anysim 1.1

what do you mean to boot with the jailbreak.jar? i'm still in 1.1.1 , is it supposed to be used when you are already in 1.1.2? I'm stuck with 1.1.1 and no wifi, Ive tried to restore to 1.1.1 and 1.1.2 none of them worked, I'm still in 1.1.1 i got out of recovery mode with independance and now i'm back in 1.1.1 with no wifi.. can you explain me better?

ahhhh finally is restoring... to 1.1.1 tough.. is gonna fix the wireless?

shit now i'm in 1.1.1 and is not even activated, i cant activate with the *307ecc trick becouse it says "your iphone can not make calls visit apple/support" and it wont let me restore to 1.1.2, keep sayng "unknown error 1" please help meeeee!!!!!!!!
