Don't do it yet! If you didn't downgrade the bootloader, you're finished till 1.1.4. Can you paste what bbupdater printed out?

Plus, it's not convenient to upgrade to 1.1.3, try restoring to 1.0.2 or 1.1.1 first! - You have to start your jailbreaking from there!

I am very confident that I downgraded the bootloader. The reason that it failed was because it said it was unable to verify the fls. During the initial hardware unlock i was told that it was successful on the phone, and the phone worked until anysim 1.2.1u bricked it. And I have read that 1.1.3 will fix many no IMEI issues and no wifi and so fourth.

Well it's your phone. I wouldn't restore to 1.1.3 unless i made sure that the BL is 3.9. You're not so far away from the solution, but as i said, it's your phone. Patience is the key in the world of computers my friend

Well I have already upgraded to 1.1.3 atleast once in the past reading that it can fix the issue so if its screwed because of that till 1.1.4 then it still is screwed.

Let me explain something to you: No IMEI / ICCID / WiFi issue comes from a corrupt or missing baseband firmware. So restoring to 1.1.3 doesn't do anything else but repairs it. If you run bbupdater, it reloads the firmware; hence you get everything back, wifi, iccid, imei. If you got 1.1.2 and BL 4.6 you can't do anything to the firmware BUT upgrade it (with itunes - that's what was fixed in the BL 4.6), so you repair the BB firmware by upgrading it -> the IMEI / CCID / WiFi gets back, but you can't do anything to the firmware anymore. If you already upgraded to 1.1.3 with BL 4.6 before, this discussion was pointless from the beginning.

I understand what you are saying but I am fairly confident that I have version 3.9 running on my phone. Right now my issue is when I run ienew it gets to the part where it says erase and keeps going forever until the phone crashes, but iunew still asks if the flash was erased. Also by doing the bbupdater -f I get a zsh error ienew. So i dunno what to do.
