I dont have the box, and I will be selling the phone on ebay shortly if I can not get it to work.

I get error 1012 when I try to restore to firmware 1.1.1 or 1.1.2 or 1.1.3, so I can not jailbreak the phone to do that, also I have no WIFI. Wifi is greyed out.

1012 error gives iTunes when in the process of RESTORE could not write some file, trying several times but only with 1.1.2

sorry it gives me either error 1011 or 1012.

once 1012 error es given, try boot the phone with iBrick...

I still have no wifi when I do this. and no imei or anything

let's try a last... Force DFU mode, open iBrick and click "Begin downgrade to firmware 1.0.2", this will put your phone in White Screen, open iTunes and try again a RESTORE to 1.1.2

1204: after some reading and thinking the only plausible way is:

-Restore to 1.0.2 (you will get an error and iBrickr can't restart the phone)
-Restore again to 1.0.2 (this time iBrickr will work)
-Jailbreak (with iBrickr)
-Activate (with PACAY or CARNAVAL)
-Run AppTapp (cause iBrickr PXL Daemon is not installing)
-Get BSD Subsytem 1.5 and Terminal-svn206 in PXL format.
-Copy over the files you need to virginize the BB using iBrickr
(1.1.3 secpack, an old baseband and the new tools from Geo)
-Run all the needed commands to virginize using the Terminal.app

All of this only if you have BL3.9 and you previusly updated to BB 04.03.13_G (1.1.3)

NOTE! THIS IS ALL THEORY, I'VE NEVER DONE THAT WITH 1.1.3!

Btw, i'm stuck with a BL4.6 updated to 1.1.3 brick (not by me )

if still having error 1012, try boot with iBrick again, this will turn the screen in Green and try to restore once more

I have tried to two above mentioned things. When I do bbupdater -v it asks if my comm layer is open by something else, but I have unloaded the commcenter. Should I unload anything else?

One more thing, when I try to stop mobile.lockdown it does not turn red. Should it not turn red if it is stopped?

I was able to get my bbupdater -v to become unresposive to pinging and not the opened by comm center error. Ienew hangs on waiting for data. But i think im getting somewhere atleast.
