As the title says, I have an old 1.1.2 OTB 2G iPhone which i bought a year ago in the US. I used the turbo sim method to unlock the phone because it was the only method to get the phone working at the time. The turbo sim frustrates me at times because it is not attached securely to my sim card so sometimes it slips leaving my phone with no service for lengths time

Recently I have heard that 1.1.2 OTB 2G iphones can now be software unlocked so that they dont need a turbo sim. I was wondering about how i would go about doing that with my currently turbo sim'd iphone. My iphone is still running on the 1.1.2 firmware.
