    Question [1.1.2 OTB] -> 1.1.3 -> 1.1.2 No Wi-Fi and no Bluetooth??

    Hi guys,

    a friend of mine gave me an iPhone to look at and he said he accidentaly updated it to 1.1.3. The phone is a 1.1.2 OTB which was working on a StealthSIM (downgraded to 1.0.2 and checked with bbupdater, BL4.6)

    The problem is: After i downgrade to 1.1.1 to jailbreak it and i go to the prefs to connect it to my wifi the text is greyed out and says No Wi-Fi and Bluetooth says the same.

    I really don't know what he did but i can't jailbreak the phone without wifi access.

    Any suggestions?

    It seams you have something like 1.1.3OTB now. Because with the upgrade of firmware you've got upgrade of baseband. And 4.6 bootloader (which is in 1.1.2OTB) does not allow baseband downgrade.

    Ask devteam to release 1.1.3 hw unlock :-)

    even tough i have the new baseband i sould be able to go back to 1.1.1 and jailbreak, the problem is wifi is not working and i know is baseband dependant.

    Back in 1.0.2 to 1.1.1 days you just reflashed the baseband but the problem now is that BL4.6 blocks bb reflashing without a >1.1.3 seckpack (not like before =>)

    So i guess i'll just have to wait for 1.1.4 (if that will ever happen soon) and hope they update the baseband so i can fix my issue by downgrading it.

    Please tell me that i'm wrong

    If it was possibility to downgrade baseband with secpack and bootloader 4.6, 1.1.2 were already software unlocked. If you've got >1.1.3 secpack you will have ability to downgrade baseband with h/w method (with tespoints).

    i have the same issue.. I bought a iPhone 1.1.2 OTB (week 46) it was jail broken and upgraded to 1.1.3 by the guy who sold it to me.. initially everything was working fine EXCEPT that i had to enter PW for Wi-fi everytime i connected....
    After reading several posts suggesting to "reset network settings" I reset the settings & now i cant connect to Wifi... when i enter the PW in the settings it says its connected BUT I dont see wifi icon on the top task bar...
    I have reset the network setting few times, turned on & off the wifi & airplane mode & tried Hard reset.... NO Luck...
    Can someone Plz help.... Thnx

    PS- my other iPhone and notebook connects fine to the router and works fine.......
