in terminal app, type: cd usr/bin and then type the command. but before proceeding, please read more about command from the shell, because you will need to type a few more before all is said and done.

i do the whole launchctl sequence, but when i try and run ienew, it also states that the command is not found...so command is not found for both iunew and ienew, everything else is great

ericjarvies, iVacum, read what sabotaged wrote: your way will most probably NOT work.

Linux/Unix by default does NOT execute binaries in the current folder if you run them without any path (simple but effective protection against attacks that copy binaries with same name as system binaries into user writable paths), so either you have to run /usr/bin/iunew, or switch to /usr/bin and then run ./iunew . Switching to the folder the binaries resides in and running just iunew is exactly how to NOT do it (but what DOS / Windows command line users try first)
