I followed this tutorial, and now I have 04.03.13_G firmware.
Is it as bad as upgrading to 1.1.3 via iTunes?
Can I downgrade back?

Since your iPhone is 1.1.2 OTB, you have the bootloader version 4.6. Now that you've upgraded your baseband to 04.03.13_G, you're screwed. Your chances of unlocking have gone out the window. Sorry, man.
