Default [1.1.2 OOTB, HW unlocked] IPSF went wrong

    Hi,
last night I tried geohot's IPSF unlock on my HW unlocked 1.1.2 OOTB iPhone. For some reason (I don't know really why, norz must have been corrupted during download/upload) it failed. I then replaced the faulty norz with a correct one and retried, but nothing works anymore. I tried restoring my token from the backup it made, but it didn't work, too. The iPhone just says "invalid SIM, please use approved one", regardless what SIM I insert (even the original AT&T one that came with the iPhone).
Now, my question: Is there any way to fix this? Or, from what I have read, I am screwed. What replacement part do I need to buy to make it work again? The iPhone communications board?
    Thanks and regards.

why would you be screwed? compleat restore 1.1.3 and (save that corrupt? (doubt it you probably just did something wrong) seczone somewhere), downgrade back together with BB and you will be fine :s why do people think worst right away, its pretty hard(impossible?) to fuck up iphone unless you do HW unlock and you are keeping backup of seczone somewhere safe...

That's what I did. I downgraded to 1.1.1/4.01.1 and it gave me the error message, then upgraded to 1.1.2 with OktoPrep and it still gives me the error. Plus my IMEI is hosed (aka 00 49). I'll still play around a bit, though.
