Ive tried the i.unlock.no Jailbreaking method. Its quite fast than jailbreakme.com page, works fine. But the iphone suddenly locks up, then I reboot it and when it start up again, it wasnt activated. Like it lost the activation thing.

What happen? Dont know...

You mean that after you visit the page in safari, it crashes and returns to emergency screen, then the animated thing appears in the middle before it restarts - but it only boots to the emergency screen again?

In that case it's pretty weird... i've used it several times my self without problems, these people didn't have problems either: http://hackint0sh.org/forum/showthread.php?t=25664

Can you please try to restore your phone again and try once more?

Edit: I read your post again - could you explain a little better what you mean about "locks up"?
Did you have the phone connected to the computer when trying? Sometimes you must have it connected.
