This morning my iphone was in "recovery mode" and I tried a few times to install and updated the firmware and I keep getting error 1604. I can't find a solution, can anyone help please?

I have tried another usb port and another computer... no luck...

i received 1604 and error 6 too.

Was a hardware issue in the logic board.

the telephone is NOT getting hot in the backside. It is always on with the itunes logo...

I have tried everything in the apple link, change computer, new user, usbs... and still doesn't work.

Try having ibrickr open when you try to restore in itunes....

I helped someone that just couldn't get their iphone to restore and we had ibrickr open and it started restoring...

I will try that tomorrow at work with a PC...

I have tried on a PC and I can not restore, even having ibrick opened. Does anyone else have any idea how to solve this problem? I am going crazy...
