same to me once, when the "white apple" appears on the screen after restart, press home button + power at the same time to force the phone in restore mode, to downgrade to 1.1.1 and start again
iPhone 8 Gb 1.1.2 OTB > HW Unlock > 1.1.3
Operator: Digitel (Venezuela)
All Work OK !
HW Unlocks: 11 and counting ...
