i had the same problem... Keep trying to put it in DFU(restore mode) it will eventually work. When it does, click on the restore option so it can correct all the files you messed up then proceed to doing whateva it is you were trying to do.
Dont shift and restore, just do a normal restore.

I don't know if what I will tell you will be any usefull.. but whatever.
I had some problems when downgrading and also experienced some "all time rebooting iphone" status. Even though I never saw the last two images you posted.
I could revive the iphone just getting it into DFU mode. You know pressing start and home button for 10 secs and releasing power button only till you pc recognizes it as a recovery iphone. Try different moments several times.
Hope it helps, let me know
Good Luck

Hold the power button and the home button and the same time till the screen goes off. when it does, let go of the power/sleep button while holding on too the home button for 30 sec and then connect it to itunes

Yeah that's right. Also you can count the seconds till releasing the power button, exactly 10. Sometimes is about 1 sec after the screen goes dark.

thats what ever guide said for me to do but i could never get that combo to work. what worked for me was just connect to computer and hold both buttons and dont let go till itunes said it detect my phone. my is a week 49 1.1.2(oh i have 3 of them and i had to do that to all of them)

Iīm having a similiar problem!
i have an iphone 1.1.2 OTB, that i did exactly like the tutorials say (downgrade, jailbreak, oktoprep and update do 1.1.2).
The problem is that my phone is restarting frequently, suddenly, every time i turn it on or return from lock sliding the bar.
I removed all the apps i had installed and did all the restore process again, but it still restarting eventually.
I think it has something to do with the wirelesse connection, since it happens more often inside my bedroom, where the wireless signal can't come in.
Please, i really need your help, what do you think I can do to solve this problem?
Should i leave it with wi fi unactivated every time? Should it solve this?
Or do you think itīs a hardware problem...

Put your phone in DFU mode and restore it. Should take care of your problem
If in doubt, RESTORE!
