so i see ppl achieved basband downgrade...so that a 1.0.2 bricked fone bekaz of the 1.1.1 update will work now...

does the method applies to an out of box 1.1.1 phone too?

also, if that's the case would it be the end of story or is the dev team still working on a 1.1.1 unlock?(instead of a downgrade (firmware AND baseband) to 1.0.2)?

im going to get an iphone over the weekend...wondering what i should do...

if you get a OTB 1.1.1, then you can use the downgrade method and make your phone 1.0.2 and downgrade the baseband.

and the iphone-dev team is working hard on a 1.1.1 unlocker, which should be out soon.

up to you what you wanna do, use the downgrade method or wait it out a few days
