[1.1.1 OTB] [Baseband+bootloader corrupt] Is it possible to use gbootloader on 3.9BL?

Hi, I have an 1.1.1OTB iphone with -I think- corrupt bootloader. I can't reflash baseband anymore without error.
Maybe if I get the bootloader reflashed well I could reflash the baseband. So i've thought that I could use the gbootloader to reflash it, but i don't know if it's safe to do that since I don't have 4.6 BL (which it was designed for).
What do you think? Is it possible or I must go to the hardware solution with testpoint?
