today the iphone crash when I do a massive app uninstall at once (via installer)
trying to clean up the phone

then I restore via itunes, shift restore (WIN) I select the iPhone1,1_1.1.1_3A109a_Restore.ipsw

I do the jailbreak normally

now it recognize the SIM fine , and can make and receive calls
but I actually don't do any of the anysym steps
and the anysim its not in the apps folder , should I reinstall the anysym (via installer or via ssh?) or not????

no need to install anySIM. Actually, it's better to remove it after you unlock so you don't accidentally run it again.
Remember, you unlock once only; unless the baseband firmware changed then you have to unlock again.
