yes i am able to downgrade from 1.1.3 to 1.1.1 with the incorrect baseband
im able to jailbreak it and but my imei is 0049

In that case just use George's manual procedure:

Or Alex Sendowski automatic installer program at hxxp://www.sendowski.de/iphone (replace xx with tt).

This downgrades the baseband to 03.14.08_G. If the IMEI is still wrong, virginize after the baseband downgrade.

Thank you for that link, however we also need to virginize after that... As said before "The Virginizer" doesn't work ("main script execution error") and I noticed that right now hackthatphone.com/1.xml is also down... I mean, the category "Hack That Phone tools" doesn't show up in the packages list.. I would need to install the package named "repair baseband" to virginize it..

Is there a manual guide to virginize it? Thanks

plus if you run the virginizer it also kills your wifi - so how are you supposed to fix that?

Don't worry if WiFi doesn't work anymore.... I found a solution... just follow this thread's post:
