[1.1.1 > 1.1.3] 100% of native features working | Almost all 3rd part working
Ok, I upgraded to 1.1.3 and just found that everything works!
- Maps Locate feature is working just fine (no need to hack)!
- Mail is fine too (no hacks needed)
- Edge was not saving wap server, all I did was follow another thread tip: Settings >General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. Edge settings is now ok.
Then I choose to move my Apps/Wallpaper/Ringtone folders to the media partition. Tried with BossTool and end up with a rosed system. Everything was freezing and Springboard was reseting all the time.
Went 1.1.1, and again 1.1.3. After all sync/soft install and everything, I choose to move the Dirs using Terminal and pr3d4t0r's amaebi script, which is the heart of his Application moving tool. Worked just fine! Just made some mods to it so it could move Ringtones and Wallpaper too. All working.
Btw, ringtones work just fine too. Either they took that limitation out of this version or Nate's soft is patching it. m4v ringtones work like they use to.. is just upload them and they work.
Mainly the only things that are not working are SummerBoard and Customize (some other files need to be patched, and they are not)
I'm glad this was rlsed, and sad that was rlsed the way it was. Anyway, thanks all of you devs for this wonderful (like all the other ones) hack.
Cheers
EDIT: I have a 1.0.2 OOB on T-Mo with backberry plan
