Hi, i have a 1.0.2 OTB unlocked phone. I bought it unlocked and do not know how it was done. The guy actually told me that it was specially sent to him from his friend that works at Apple in Cali, and that it can be updated and will stay unlocked. I have not risked trying to update it.

Is there a way I can find out how it was unlocked?

What would be the best and easiest method for me to go to 1.1.3 Unlocked??

I have the same question - I have a 1.0.2 unlocked iphone. IMEI still the same as the one on the box (so I guess no need to revirginize).

With Ziphone 2.2, it looks like I can just update from 1.0.2 to 1.1.3 in iTunes, then use Ziphone to a, j and u?

I am in the same boat.... I had an OTB 1.0.2 from week 27 which I unlocked using Anysim 1.0.2

Now I want to upgrade to 1.1.3 and unlock.

Can someone explain the exact steps with links to all files needed to accomplish this? Is it as simple as upgrading in iTunes to 1.1.3 and using ZiPhone? Or do I need to virginize, upgrade to 1.1.3 and then unlock?

I'm also user of 1.0.2, but I guess we all need to virginize it before going to ANY update...
But the steps probably are:
1 - virginize
2 - update to 1.1.3
3 - use ZiPhone
