    Default [1.0.2] Can I just use iLiberty+ to install Installer1.2 over nonworking one?

    My iPhone is already j/u/a Tmobile-US.
    Installer on the phone is not working anymore. It goes back to main iPhone screen as soon as I click it's icon.
    I guess I upgrade it to version 2.0 which they say does not work on 1.0.2 firmware.
    Can I just use iLiberty to install Installer 1.2 to overwrite the old one? Should I turn on the iTunes in the meanwhile?

    I did it now it keeps looping
    BSD root: md0, major 2, minor 0
    iTunes 7.5 cannot recognize iPhone so as iLiberty.
    Please help!

    you need to virginize before going from 1.0.2 to any other firmware. what you have to do is put your phone in DFU mode and restore to 1.0.2 you'll need to jailbreak again and you can follow this guide to fix installer:

    install installer 2.63 and BSD via ibrickr by downloading the .pxl files from here http://pxl.ibrickr.com/ good luck
