Hi, my problem is this my 1.1.2 UK OTB phone is now on 1.0.2 jailbroken, I would like to update it to 1.1.1 using iNdependence, but iTunes only offers me 1.1.3 for update.


Any way to select the file for update, not restore!, i try the "alt" + button but it does not work.

Any clues?

On a PC you press the "shift" + button then select the location where you have the firmware files already downloaded.

If you are using a Mac then you press the "option" + button.

The key here is you need to download the firmware versions you require first.

if you upgrade to 1.1.1 u cant use it as phone because of the basband, to use it as a pphone u need to upgrade to 1.1.2 and then you can sue your 02sim or tesco sim
