Is there a way to retrieve the data IP address via a ssh connection on IOS5?

I left my phone at home and can remote access my computer, however cannot access it for very long as I don't have Insomnia turned on. End goal will be to somehow turn on veency and use my phone at home, while at work.

You can use netstat or ipconfig getifaddr <interface name>
