A) There is no untethered jailbreak for iOS 5 on the iPhone 4 at present.
B) There is no unlock for the baseband installed by iOS 5 on the iPhone 4 at present. Please confirm what baseband you have (the seller may have blocked baseband update) and let us know, that may provide you more flexibility.

if it is factory unlocked than you can restore with itunes else there is no way. soory to say that
His post mentioned that unfortunately it was locked to AT&T, so it's not a factory unlock or able to be unlocked by the carrier directly. It definitely isn't good news for the OP. :(Quote:
