My iPhone 4 is on ios 5.0.1 Jailbroken, untethered with RedSn0w, not unlocked with at&t.
My Notifications are not working correctly. The ones I want to work don't and I can not stop the ones that do work.
All the fixes I have seen are for Hacktivated phones , mine is not.
What can i do?

What do you mean 'don't work'? Have you gone into notification settings and manually set each program to notify you the way you prefer? If that's not what you're referring to, can you provide more information as far as what you mean? If you have never hacktivated and have activated legitimately through iTunes, there should be no problem receiving notifications. Does your iMessage and Facetime work?

It's definitely worth mention that iOS 5 brought about completely granular control per application as to how notifications work, and by default, it continues to use the old style for just about everything. You must go in and manually change the notification preferences for each application, under the Notifications Settings under the main Settings.App
