Question is my iphone a 400$ brick?

hi im new to this forum and i need HELP
i have restored my iphone twice before with very little problems but this one is driving me over the edge,
i have a gsm iphone 4 factory unlocked with ios 5.1.1 jailbroken with rocky racoon. i used absinthe jailbreak to do it.
now what happened was that in cydia theres the rocky racoon jailbreak so it can be untethered. it turns out i deleted it on accident and now when i rebooted my phone it stays on the apple logo, i tried restoring it with itunes 10.6.1.7 and i kept getting errors like 1601,1602,3194,2005,11,05 ect.
i tried all the times in pwned DFU mode and running tiny umbrella.
i tried editing the host file in drivers in windows 32 and nothing. i really want my phone back and i need help.
    PLEASE!

Is there any way to copy the file(s) back to your phone through a data connection with your computer, or are they irreplaceable files? Is there any way to restore it to factory settings and start over (hard reset)?

If you uninstalled the jailbreak, there's no real easy way to fix it except to plug the phone into your computer in recovery mode and restore a stock firmware to the device, then re-jailbreak. 1601/1602 are USB errors, either bad cable, bad USB port, or bad iTunes install. 3194 means you're restoring a version of iOS that is not being signed, which you can only do if you manually requested an SHSH for 6.1 or 6.1.2 through iFaith/TinyUmbrella. Automatically requested SHSH from Cydia do NOT work for iOS 6.0-6.1.2, unfortunately, due to an error in how Saurik was requesting and storing them. More detail on that is available at Saurik's site.

Do not restore in Pwned DFU, that's not going to help.

If you have a proper, valid 6.0, 6.1, or 6.1.2 SHSH, you can use it with TinyUmbrella to restore to that version of iOS -- but if you did not manually request the SHSH through TinyUmbrella and relied on Cydia to do it automatically for you, none of your iOS 6.x blobs are valid.
The preceding forum post has been brought to you by the letter "N" and the number 42.

    iPhone 4, 32GB (iOS 6.1.2 | evasi0n | SHSH: 4.0 - 6.1.2)
    iPad 2 3G, 64GB (iOS 6.1.2 | evasi0n
    |
    SHSH: 4.3 & 4.3.3 - 6.1)
