Id been trying to unlock my old 3gs for some time now, however a while ago I hit a wall. My phone is stuck in recovery mode... Ive tried updating to the new iOS but Ill always get the error 3014 message. Ive tried doing it in DFU mode. Get the same message.
Ive tried fixrecovery. It runs through the entire program, restarts my iphone, goes back into recovery mode and STILL get the 3014 error.
Im sick of goggling answers as anything thats come up ive already tried and has not worked. Any ides?

Have you tried a custom iOS 5.01 with NO BB update? I'm assuming you've already got 06.15
